A bring your own keys CRM with no markup
Imago is a bring your own keys CRM. You connect your own phone, email, AI and payment accounts, and the CRM runs on them.
You pay each provider directly, at their prices. Imago adds no markup and takes 0% of your payments.
Which keys you can bring
Self-hosted Imago is built around your own accounts. Every provider has a Test connection button that calls the real service before you rely on it. You can switch providers later without changing how your team works.
- Calls and texts: Twilio or Telnyx
- Email: Amazon SES, SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, Resend or plain SMTP
- Your own mailbox: Gmail or Outlook, two-way
- AI: Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter or a local Ollama model
- Payments: Stripe or PayPal
Why a bring your own keys CRM saves money
When a platform resells you texts, minutes and AI tokens, it usually adds a margin to each one. That margin grows as you grow. Payments can carry a platform fee on top of your processor's rates.
With your own keys, there is no middle layer. Your Twilio bill is your Twilio bill. Your AI bill is your AI bill. You also keep the relationship: your numbers, your sending reputation and your payment account stay in your name.
Any AI model, with costs you can see
Use Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi and more through OpenRouter with one key, or run Ollama on your own hardware. The same keys power voice agents, Conversation AI, Content AI, the knowledge base and the AI website builder. That means you can pick the model that fits each job. Use a fast, low-cost model for routine replies and a stronger one for site builds, and see what each one costs you.
Every AI request is logged with feature, provider, model, tokens, latency and status. A daily budget caps automatic agent runs.
Safe with your keys
Keys are encrypted in the database. Snapshots leave keys and phone numbers behind, so a copied client setup never carries your credentials. In HIPAA mode, providers that won't sign a BAA are refused.
No keys yet? Every channel has a sandbox, so you can try the whole product first and add keys when you're ready.
Your keys on Cloud
Imago Cloud Free (Release 2) uses a prepaid wallet instead of your own keys, for people who would rather not manage provider accounts. The Agency plan (Release 3) adds bring your own keys on Cloud.
