These terms cover this website and the Imago software, both provided by DKS Holdings LLC d/b/a Imago CRM ("Imago CRM", "we", "us"). By using the website or the software, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Use of the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, break into it, or scrape it in ways that harm it or its visitors.

When you fill in a form, give true information about yourself. Do not submit someone else's contact details.

Content on the site is for general information. We may change or remove it at any time.

The Imago software license

Imago is released under a fair-code license. In plain words:

You may self-host Imago for free, for your own business and for your own clients.
You may not resell the software.
You may not offer it to others as a public hosted service (software as a service).

The full license text that ships with the source code controls if it differs from this summary. The source code is on GitHub, with a public release coming soon.

Your third-party accounts and keys

When you self-host Imago, you connect your own accounts with other companies, for example AI providers, email services, Twilio or Telnyx, Stripe and file storage.

You are responsible for those accounts and their API keys. That includes their costs, keeping the keys secure, following each provider's terms, and following messaging and consent laws for any texts, calls or emails you send through them. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The website and the software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DKS Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or revenue, that come from your use of the website or the software.

Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, our liability is limited as far as the law permits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the website or the software after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Program and messages

The program name is Imago CRM Notifications, from DKS Holdings LLC d/b/a Imago CRM.

You will receive demo booking confirmations and reminders, account updates and support replies. You get these texts only if you opted in on our website opt-in form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one final confirmation text, and no more messages after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
